From Digital Dreams To Tangible Creations
Jami Creates began in May 2020, initially as an Instagram account dedicated to showcasing digital art. Prior to the pandemic, digital art was not my focus, but with the onset of Covid-19, it became a fulfilling way to utilize my newfound free time. I have always been passionate about various forms of art and creativity, and digital art provided an exciting new medium. The versatility of digital techniques, coupled with the ease of correcting mistakes, made it particularly appealing.
The most rewarding aspect of this journey was transforming my digital creations into tangible products. My first significant step was designing four stickers. From there, I explored the possibilities of what could be created using a Cricut machine. This exploration expanded further when I invested in a Glowforge and began outsourcing production.
Starting a business involves a lot of trial and error. There have been times when my designs did not meet expectations despite significant time and money spent on them. Occasionally, inconsistencies in supplies and quality have posed challenges. I believe in transparency and openly share these hurdles, but I don’t let them deter me. Instead, I use these experiences to push forward, continually growing and evolving the brand and business.
Throughout this process, I have undertaken numerous projects, experiencing both successes and failures. However, the continuous opportunity to innovate and develop new products keeps my passion alive.

Bringing Designs to Life:
Inspiration and Digital Drawing
All products start as a digital drawing, whether created in Procreate or Illustrator. I keep a running list of design ideas that often pop up at the most inconvenient times, like when I’m trying to go to bed at 9:30 PM. When creativity hits, I dive into the design process, which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several days. Sometimes, I start a design and revisit it months later—there’s no set timeline.
Refining the design
Once I’ve obsessively fine-tuned the design and deemed it final, I spend significant time finding the perfect product to feature it on. More often than not, the design ends up on a sticker or a towel.
Finding the Right Supplier
Next, I source the ideal supplier to print the items. Initially, I handled most of the printing in-house, but as the business expanded, I had to outsource this task. This transition has been both stressful and beneficial, allowing me to scale production while maintaining quality.
Finalizing Packaging
Amid the design and printing process, I also finalize the packaging. This process can be intense, but I wouldn’t change it. I love being able to create something, bring it to life, and share it with all of you.
Charitable Initiatives
It’s important to me that as I make money I also donate money. I want to give back to the community and organizations that can use those funds to do good work. I also think it’s important that as a buyer you are aware of where your money is going. I donate a minimum of 10% of my revenue to a variety of organizations throughout the year.
I encourage you to think of the things you are passionate about and support an organization that is aligned with that passion.
There are so many local and national organizations putting in the time and effort. Every donation makes a difference. Donations do not need to be monetary, they can come in the form of time and physical goods!

These F Bombs are so fun! I ended up giving away the whole pack to different coworkers who thought they were hilarious. If you're looking for a gift that will spark some joy, this is it.
What colors are nice and bright, they wash up very well, and are probably the best drying kitchen towels I’ve ever had. I absolutely love them! I wish there were more pattern options for different times of the year. I like to change my towels based off of season / holiday.

Soft, vibrant, and honestly durable (especially when your husband thinks they are everyday dish towels and used it to scrub a carpet spill 🙄 but they were still beautiful after going in the wash!)
